No Proscenium was founded in 2014 by Noah J. Nelson, public media producer by day and theatre weirdo by night as a project documenting and championing immersive art & entertainment in LA & NYC. In the years since NoPro has grown to be an international effort covering theatre, gaming, nightlife, themed entertainment, XR games & projects, installation & performance art. It is now its founder's main project.

NoPro has bureaus and correspondents in London, Chicago, Toronto, Denver, Tokyo, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Seattle as well as the original LA & NYC bureaus.
