The Enchanted Forest is a multi-sensory light, dance and theatre installation that invites audiences to experience a magical winter forest in and around the Glade Arts Foundation building on Woodlands Parkway. Through a sound and light atmospheric installation with a built structure for audiences to explore and engage with, a promenade style immersive outdoor performance installation and an interactive community art installation, The Enchanted Forest invites audiences to slow down and reflect on timeless friendship and the magic of nature.
Audiences will move through the indoor-outdoor installation as they encounter an enchanting, interactive world that combines light and sound installation, aerial acrobatics and contemporary dance.
The experience is family-friendly and welcomes audiences of all ages. It is wheelchair accessible and there will be some sensory-friendly performances where we turn the sound down, turn the lights up and have extra helpers on hand.
