BATS! is a mixed media, interactive contemplation on the nature of fear and madness. This new solo work is conceived and performed by Michele Minnick in collaboration with Submersive Productions (H.T. Darling’s Incredible Musaeum, The Mesmeric Relevations! of Edgar Allen Poe). Expect conversation, original illustrations by Baltimore artist Chelsea Demitras, and accordion,as this show explores the lines between fact and fiction, past and present. BATS! connects an extra-ordinary personal narrative to a larger story: the all too ordinary madness of American culture.
