We're looking for a General Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of DARKFIELD at AREA15. This is the senior on-site role: you will lead the venue team, manage daily operations, protect the guest experience, and make sure every show runs safely, smoothly and consistently.
You will manage the Experience Duty Managers and Experience Guides, set the operational standard, and act as the key on-site contact for Realscape's producers, AREA15 teams, contractors and suppliers. The Experience Duty Manager is the senior team member on the floor during a shift: the person who keeps DARKFIELD running smoothly from session to session.

As a member of the art and scenic team, you play a key role in the upkeep, preservation and redesign of the artistic aesthetic of the space in keeping with the design intention of the exhibition designers in line with the highest quality for our guest experience. The Exhibition Manager will manage the Exhibition Art & Scenic elements and equipment within the Exhibition Technical Engineering department to ensure a high quality of functionality and aesthetic excellence. This role will function as a Technical Director / Project Manager and will oversee all technical aspects of the exhibit and all events hosted by the venue as well as support the execution of all exhibit projects, redesigns, and upgrades.
