Here at No Proscenium, we’re excited about the boom in live immersive experiences of every genre, and across a wide spectrum of styles.
While we can’t individually vet each production for quality when it is first announced, we do what we can to curate our newsletters and newsfeed. We may not hear about appropriate productions through organic means. And we may choose to not cover every single immersive-leaning production in a given market.
To help with that we rely upon producers and creators to submit announcements regarding their work.
There are two ways to submit.
Traditional press releases may be sent to pitches@noproscenium.com.
We also accept listing requests via this form. In fact, we prefer it.
Note: please send announcements at least 2–3 weeks in advance of your premiere in order to ensure a timely listing.
Submissions will be reviewed in accordance with our editorial policies in order they were received. Not all submissions will receive a response. Please send all other inquiries to pitches@noproscenium.com.
Please note:
- Submit your request as far as in advance as possible to allow the NoPro staff to determine the appropriate level of coverage (news listing, show review, interview, etc.).
 - Turn-around time may be impacted by busy periods such as SXSW, GDC, the Immersive Design Summit, Hollywood Fringe Festival, Spooky Season (September/October), and other industry events.
 - The deadline for inclusion in the North America newsletter issue is every Monday at noon Pacific Time.
 - The deadline for inclusion in the LA or NYC newsletter issues is every other Friday at noon Pacific Time. (The exact deadline for LA/NYC will be included in the latest edition of the newsletter.)
 - Productions in other geographies outside of Canada, the USA, and Mexico will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
