After appearing on Instagram and piquing curiosity through some phone calls, the mysterious Thaddeus Wolseley Institute for Advancements in the Natural and Metaphysical Sciences is materializing at Zombie Joe’s for a debut production.

(I know what you’re thinking: “Zombie Joe’s! It’s a haunt!” Nope. We’ve been told this is something else, although it does involve physical contact and dark fantastical elements.)

From the Press Release:

“The prestigious Thaddeus Wolseley Institute for Advancements in the Natural and Metaphysical Sciences is putting out the call for the bravest and brightest scientific minds to come tour its latest discovery: a strange location that, in the hours betwixt night and day, seems to teem with otherworldly activity.

Betwixt is an immersive theater performance. Audience members must go through alone and sign a waiver to participate. The experience will feature full contact. Audience members will not touch, resist, or harass performers in any way. All commands given to the audience by performers or personnel must be followed. Failure to comply with these rules (and any other rules administered on-site) will result in ejection from the event without refund.

Must be 18 years of age or older to attend. A waiver must be signed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unfortunately, this event is not wheelchair accessible. Those with medical conditions or physical disabilities should contact the show creators directly to determine if this experience can accommodate them. There is no restroom access for this event.”
