Two children, Cindy and Carl. Between them, an invisible thread that keeps them alive, that can’t be cut without their worlds exploding. They need to exist in the eyes of each other, to light sparks, as if they were about to disappear.
With the novel Les Enfants Terribles as a compass, they pretend to “take off”, stage what they do not dare to do and say for real. Jean Cocteau’s words are an excuse to challenge, provoke, bewitch. The room becomes a battlefield, theater of surgical operation, room of torture to extract confessions …
Over the years, the game gains momentum. One night, the game goes too far. The thread is cut, kilometers of distance separate them. After years of silence, Carl and Cindy meet face to face.
An invitation to slip into a secret room: A street, a number, a small door. An intimate experience, for some spectators, who will slip into the intimacy of this room.
