In a distant future, a generation ship carrying the remnants of civilization as we know it cruises through space on a course for Earth 2. During her passage through the pthelta quadrant a mysterious anomaly has paralyzed the ship’s mega thrusters. Build up your space base to survive as the anomaly grows increasingly unstable. Race against the other teams to find an escape, sabotage or be sabotaged!
In this game, players will build cities using ~2,000 kapla bricks, seating is available for those who are uncomfortable standing for 45m — 1h. About the artists: Students from Mason Gross School of the Arts teamed up with The Adventure Society to explore the intersection of game design and live performance. This experience is one half of the outcome of their collaboration. It’s companion piece, Live Action Pocket Monster Snap recently debuted at Bit Bash Chicago.

The game will have players physically building with kapla bricks. If you are unable to use your fingers to stack jenga bricks you may need to come with someone who can help you. Note that this is a not a dexterity challenge, your creations can be as creative as you’d like.
