Centered around the ongoing conflicts in the region of Kashmir, You & Distant Wars invites participants to critically reflect on one question: Why should what’s happening there and to them, matter here and to us? The immersive space invites audience members to engage in various ways: through a computer game; through a video area that screens episodes from Chronicles from Kashmir; through a darkened space that seeks to inspire an experiential understanding of curfew; through invitations that ask the audience to add their own ‘exhibits’ to the space.
