An abridged and adapted production of Martin McDonagh’s The Pillowman which the producers describe as “an experiential performance where the audience is openly invited to attend & observe the interrogation and the fourth wall, while generally observed, is not absolute.”

The name Martin McDonagh probably rings a bell: he’s the playwright/screenwriter/director who created the brilliant In Bruges. This play, The Pillowman, is one dark, twisty tale centered around a police interrogation. The lead role was originated by no less than David Tenant (yes, that David Tenant) and upon reading the play your humble narrator thought it would make a trully great/messed up immersive.

This site-adaptive production takes place in a shipping container.
