NYC Event Producer
Gotham Immersive Laboratories

The NYC Event Producer will support the Clue Creation team in executing immersive events across the city. This role requires strong experience in event, film, or theater producing (or equivalent). Related fields such as production design, location management, production management, project management, or physical manufacturing are also relevant.

The ability to travel to and scout venues in NYC will be important, and a knowledge-of and relationships in the events, venue, location, space industry in NYC are also a huge plus. This producer role will be instrumental in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors - both formal and handshake - so a high capacity for interpersonal relationships and winsome charisma is important.

Additionally, work at GGC is about making the impossible possible, often through self-initiated out-of-the-box thinking. Although we have a strong team dynamic, - it’s up to each one of us to take initiative and devise solutions for the complex problems we encounter. The ability to work independently and problem-solve on your own is critical.


NYC Operations Associate (Hybrid Remote/On-Site)
Term: Part time, flexible
Compensation: $22 - $35 per hour

The NYC Clue Operations Associate is a part-time, hybrid role that blends logistics, scheduling, and client communication. Duties include preparing materials for challenges, coordinating performers and vendors, managing inventory and serving as a key point of contact for clients leading up to their event date.

This role is ideal for someone who loves making complex experiences run smoothly, and takes pride in the details that make live events feel magical. You will be “packing the Cluemasters parachutes” for challenge days, preparing, testing, and checking every detail so that our Cluemasters in the field have successful Challenges every time.


Bespoke Sales Lead (REMOTE)
Gotham Immersive Laboratories
Term: Flexible Timing
Compensation: Base rate PLUS commission model ($30 to $40 hourly, plus 5-8%)

The Sales Lead, or "Bespokesperson" as we like to call them, is the primary point of contact for prospective clients interested in booking a challenge. This salesperson helps clients discover what a GGC experience entails, and how a challenge will meet their needs for an amazing teambuilding experience. The Salesperson is responsible for fielding all inbound calls, emails, and texts from clients, as well as pursuing outbound sales opportunities.

The Bespokesperson will also be the primary person driving business development initiatives such as attending networking events, developing marketing materials, identifying and contacting cold leads, as well as creating and following out-of-the-box sales initiatives.

The role is remote, with flexible timing, and can be done from anywhere that you can work Eastern time business hours (9am-5pm). However, one requirement of the position is that prospective clients are responded to within two hours of submitting an inquiry, so please only apply if your schedule can accommodate this response time.

At a pivotal moment of growth for Punchdrunk, the Senior Producer will play a central role in originating and developing new immersive works across the company’s portfolio. Accountable for the management and outcomes of multiple Creative Projects, delivering strategic, commercial and creative success in line with Company goals. The Senior Producer oversees or leads a number of projects, each in differing stages of development, and works collaboratively across the business and with external partners to balance the multitude of project needs, maintain budgetary control, manage project timelines and resolve problems whilst protecting creative integrity.

The Senior Producer works closely with the Artistic Director, Executive Producers and Head of Producing and Planning to shape Punchdrunk’s future programme, ensuring that projects are creatively ambitious, commercially viable, operationally realistic and aligned with Punchdrunk’s long-term strategy.

Draughtsperson (Multiple Projects)

Punchdrunk is seeking experienced Draughtspersons to join our in-house design and production teams, supporting the development and delivery of large-scale immersive environments.

You will be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed drawing information across set design, technical disciplines and building interfaces, working closely with creative, technical and architectural teams to translate complex concepts into robust, buildable design packs.

Understanding how issued drawings are used by fabrication, scenic construction, and technical installation teams, and adjusting outputs accordingly to support safe, efficient delivery on site.We are recruiting two distinct roles, one focused primarily on Rhino, and the other on SketchUp.

Strong 2D CAD capability is essential for both roles.

Born out of The Shed’s commitment to act as a platform for NYC-based, early-career artists working in a range of artistic disciplines, Open Call selects, fosters, and presents new work. The program showcases a wide, multiborough range of voices, lived experiences, and perspectives, demonstrating the multitude of ways in which artists are working today. It embraces proposals for new works in disciplines including the visual arts, theater, dance, music, performance, spoken word, literary arts, film, fashion, art and technology, new media, social practice, and public art and architecture, as well as across multiple and new disciplines. As with all Shed civic programs, we center Black, POC, people with disabilities, and other communities that have been historically excluded and most impacted by structural racism and other forms of oppression.

Wild Horizon is a circus and play festival for young people and families, pushing the boundaries of performance in public space in Philadelphia. Audiences of all ages will experience imaginative, play-based performances that transform public space; inspiring wonder, curiosity and connection to one another. Wild Horizon is a project of Almanac Projects in partnership with Ninth Planet and Rebel Arts Movement.

With a full launch across multiple weekends and sites in Philadelphia and Camden planned for 2027, the upcoming 2026 iteration is designed as a testing ground for artists to try new ideas and experiment in public, taking place at Cherry St. Pier (in partnership with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation) May 2-3, 2026, throughout covered outdoor public spaces in an open air setting. The 2026 presentation will serve as a generous offering to local audiences and as a valuable period of research and development before Wild Horizon launches full scale in 2027. 

We seek artists in and beyond our networks to submit their existing works and bold new ideas to our Flash Call, to help build the vision for this exciting festival.

Taking place in spring-summer 2026, the programme includes training, mentoring, production support and seed funding, delivered in partnership with arts and heritage venues.

It will culminate in Koro Festival, a new biennial festival of socially engaged immersive and site-specific performance in May 2027.
