NYC Event Producer

The NYC Event Producer will support the Clue Creation team in executing immersive events across the city. This role requires strong experience in event, film, or theater producing (or equivalent). Related fields such as production design, location management, production management, project management, or physical manufacturing are also relevant.
The ability to travel to and scout venues in NYC will be important, and a knowledge-of and relationships in the events, venue, location, space industry in NYC are also a huge plus. This producer role will be instrumental in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors - both formal and handshake - so a high capacity for interpersonal relationships and winsome charisma is important.
Additionally, work at GGC is about making the impossible possible, often through self-initiated out-of-the-box thinking. Although we have a strong team dynamic, - it’s up to each one of us to take initiative and devise solutions for the complex problems we encounter. The ability to work independently and problem-solve on your own is critical.

The NYC Clue Operations Associate is a part-time, hybrid role that blends logistics, scheduling, and client communication. The Sales Lead, or "Bespokesperson" as we like to call them, is the primary point of contact for prospective clients interested in booking a challenge. This salesperson helps clients discover what a GGC experience entails, and how a challenge will meet their needs for an amazing teambuilding experience. The Salesperson is responsible for fielding all inbound calls, emails, and texts from clients, as well as pursuing outbound sales opportunities.
The Bespokesperson will also be the primary person driving business development initiatives such as attending networking events, developing marketing materials, identifying and contacting cold leads, as well as creating and following out-of-the-box sales initiatives.
The role is remote, with flexible timing, and can be done from anywhere that you can work Eastern time business hours (9am-5pm). Punchdrunk is looking for a Technical & Production Manager who has experience of mounting large-scale projects, ideally internationally, to manage the redesign and reconceiving phase of the project in London and then relocate for 6 months to support and work closely with our co-producing partners in delivery of the project. The role will ensure our partners interpret and execute the project to Punchdrunk’s artistic, operational and technical standards while also navigating the local production ecosystem, supply chain and cultural context.
This position combines production management, technical coordination, partner liaison and operational readiness. It requires someone who enjoys complex spaces, unusual buildings, and designing systems that keep audiences and performers safe.

We are seeking an experienced freelance Producer to join Blue Fondue and manage the delivery of Mi Ne Komprenas, an intimate immersive theatre production set inside real apartments.
The piece explores the emotional unravelling of a marriage during what is supposed to be a celebratory 10-year anniversary dinner party. The audience attend as guests, witnessing the relationship fracture over the course of 70 minutes.
The production is designed to tour internationally using donated apartments as venues, creating a scalable global model for performance in domestic spaces.

In 2026, three to five projects will be selected through the open call and supplemented by up to two invitational projects. Art + Technology Lab grants are open to individuals and collectives located anywhere in the world. Grants typically have a duration of two years and may provide financial support of up to $50,000 per project to cover artist fees and direct costs, including materials. Recipients may also receive in-kind support, such as mentorship, coaching, advice, and exposure to technologies in development at partner organizations, including Hyundai Motor, Snap Inc., Anthropic, and other companies; independent artists and academics working in art and technology from organizations such as the MIT Media Lab Space Exploration Initiative and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory have also participated. Applicants are welcome to propose additional potential collaborators or mentors, including past Lab grantees.

Wild Horizon is a circus and play festival for young people and families, pushing the boundaries of performance in public space in Philadelphia. Audiences of all ages will experience imaginative, play-based performances that transform public space; inspiring wonder, curiosity and connection to one another. Wild Horizon is a project of Almanac Projects in partnership with Ninth Planet and Rebel Arts Movement.
With a full launch across multiple weekends and sites in Philadelphia and Camden planned for 2027, the upcoming 2026 iteration is designed as a testing ground for artists to try new ideas and experiment in public, taking place at Cherry St. Pier (in partnership with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation) May 2-3, 2026, throughout covered outdoor public spaces in an open air setting. The 2026 presentation will serve as a generous offering to local audiences and as a valuable period of research and development before Wild Horizon launches full scale in 2027.
We seek artists in and beyond our networks to submit their existing works and bold new ideas to our Flash Call, to help build the vision for this exciting festival.

One-of-a-kind installations, roaming or immersive performances, unusual collaborations, and other unconventional artistic experiences are as important to the Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival as the artwork presented on stages and in galleries. Tiny Doors PGH, Umbrella Sky Project, and Complaints ‘n’at Choir are just a few recent examples of Special Projects / Collaborations presented at the Festival. If you want to pursue an artistic concept beyond the traditional stage, you are in the right place. The open call for applications will close after 300 submissions or by February 27, 2026.
To further collaborative and experimental performance opportunities for local and regional artists, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust invites musicians, dancers, actors, literary and performance artists to submit proposals for work beyond the traditional stages of the Festival.
