‘Confection’ by Third Rail Projects

Immerse forward, immerse back

No Proscenium and Everything Immersive This Week is brought to you by:

Did you have a nice Halloween? As Spooky Season draws to a close, it’s been another jam-packed week here at No Proscenium. We finished out the month of October with 34 different reviews, articles, and interviews thanks to the efforts of our amazing team of writers: Leah, Asya, Kevin, Ed, Amanda, Lauren, Brian, and Shelley. And we've got new issues of the Los Angeles and New York City newsletters coming up this weekend.

Plus, we also announced three more speakers for the Immersive Design Summit happening February 22–23, 2019 in San Francisco. And there’s more speakers yet to be announced. Applications will remain open until November 18. Don't delay!

On Monday in LA, our own Noah Nelson will be at Meet the Press at Thymele Arts talking about how immersive productions can engage journalists. And over in NYC, No Proscenium and Room Escape Artist are hosting a meetup at the Marlton Hotel! Don’t miss out!

And, our friends over at Third Rail Projects announced their next show will take place in DC! More on that below.

Do you find this weekly news round-up useful? No Proscenium depends upon the generous support of Meow Wolf and people just like you. Start supporting NoPro today by pledging $1/month:

And we’ll be welcoming the creative team behind immersive theatre-escape room hybrid The Man From Beyond: Houdini Séance Escape Room: co-artistic directors Haley E.R. Cooper and J. Cameron Cooper!
