Speculative Drama and Myrrh Larsen promise an immersive, rocking twist on the classical Greek myth direct from Portland to NYC for three performances.
Myrrh Larsen’s second production in a series of immersive multimedia rock and performance shows invoking archetypical stories with an emotional twist, GREY GOLD: A NEW MYTH OF PERSEPHONE & HADES uses the framework of this classic Greek myth in which the god of the underworld falls in love with the young goddess of life and nature to explore themes of self-actualization, control, and the difference between love and ownership through music, movement, and audience immersion.
