Press Release Follows
The Count’s Den, LA’s premier sanctuary for vampires, is extending a rare invitation to select mortals for an exclusive, 21-and-over soirée starting this October.
Join some of LA’s oldest residents for BITE, a theatrical dining experience blending murder mystery elements with irreverent horror. Prepare yourself for a completely unique experience featuring all-inclusive cocktails, human food, and fangtastic festivities.
If you’re at all worried about spending time in the company of vampires, rest assured your nocturnal hosts have evolved with the times and your protection is guaranteed. *
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY
Over the course of the evening, you will have the opportunity to get to know the clan and uncover their secrets through interactions with each of our diverse residents. But where is The Count? This is his sacred space, his home, but the mysterious host has not been seen in quite some time.
Keep your wits about you throughout your time with our family. You never know who, or what may be lurking in the shadows.
The evening’s bites will be provided by the Den’s tongueless servant, Edmond, and his familiar who owns local eatery, GaiGan Thai.
The full menu is human-approved and suited to accommodate nearly any mortal’s palate. All offerings are gluten, dairy and peanut free, with select vegan fare.
When designing the menu, GaiGan owner Eric Rolko said, “We wanted everyone to enjoy their meal as if it may be their last.”
Past and ongoing HELA Productions shows include the sold-out runs of Night Shift, The Count’s Den episodic origin series: Remember Me, and LA’s leading destination for horror-based escape room games: Horror Escapes LA.
HELA Productions owner and The Count’s Den’s human liaison, Rachel Adams says, “I’ve been a longtime fan of things that mix traditional horror elements with lighthearted comedic fun like What We Do In The Shadows and The Addams Family. I wanted to create a space that reflects the spirit of that.”
BITE features the talent of Co-Director Elif Savas, Libby Rose, Patrick Beckstead, Kelly McMinn, Anes Hasi, Ian Heath, and Michaela Slezak. Tickets to BITE are available now and extremely limited due to the intimate audience size of each performance.
Tickets to BITE are $75 and include a catered dinner, open bar featuring beer, wine, and cocktails, live performances and a 90 minute experience with The Count’s Den vampire clan.
