London
Staff Pick of the Week: Bridge Command
Board and command a fully-interactive starship with your team and navigate the outer reaches, all from the heart of London. With slick interactive controls and a driven storyline offered over multiple bookable episodes, Bridge Command launches daily and is worth every galactic credit. — Michelle Snyder
NYC
Staff Pick of the Week: User Not Found
User Not Found is a fascinating exploration into the use of sound and audio’s role in environment creation and storytelling. Set in a small Brooklyn cafe on a crisp night, I had a lovely time sipping tea and getting to know the intricacies of one person’s struggle with love, loss, and how our digital legacy plays into the grand scheme of things. — Allie Marotta, NYC Correspondent

LOS ANGELES
Staff Pick of the Week: Dr. Botcher’s Minute Medical School
“The patient needs tequila! More tequila!” “We’re losing oxygen!” “No, that’s not tequila, that’s Mom’s spaghetti!”
Dr. Botcher’s Minute Medical School at Two Bit Circus is a live action collaborative game where participants try to rescue a flatlining puppet patient by completing a series of unusual “medical” tasks. Not only is the game cleverly designed and replayable multiple times, but the creators have added a window from the main bar area into the game room. Now, bystanders can observe the madcap gameplay as it unfolds. It’s quite a rush to triumph against the clock with your team, only to realize that a dozen viewers are also cheering you on from outside; I’m hoping that Those Who Watch the game also eventually turn into Those Who Play the game. Plus: the whole thing is wicked fun. — Kathryn Yu, Executive Editor, No Pro

Staff Most Anticipated: Cages
I’m not sure I’ll have the time to catch this one, but Noah’s review made it sound so interesting that I’m going to try to cram it in somewhere on my schedule. It may not be completely immersive and it may be trying to do like five different things, but hearing that it goes for absolutely broke is incredibly compelling. — Kevin Gossett, NoPro LA Reviews Editor
Friend Most Anticipated: Safehouse ’82
I had a BLAST with the original and I have been dying to see how this story expands. Who doesn’t love a good 80s themed immersive? — Jeff Heimbuch, Horrorbuzz
VIRTUAL REALITY
Staff Pick of the Week: Mission: ISSPlatform: Oculus Quest
Get some quality time above it all with this simulation of the International Space Station. I haven’t dived deep into the missions, I’ve just enjoyed pulling myself around the station with both hands and finding the port where you can look down in the big blue marble below. Honestly: this makes me want a Superman VR where you just fly around and up to the moon.
Staff Most Anticipated: Wolves in The Walls pt.3 — “They’re Everywhere!”
Platform: Oculus Rift, Rift S
Following the frightening conclusion to pt 2, “It’s All Over,” we finally get the chance to meet with our beloved friend Lucy again. I haven’t downloaded this one yet — I need to carve out an emotion-dumping hour with my PC. No spoilers, please! — Will Cherry, NoPro VR
Also Anticipated: Westworld: Awakening VR (Cara Mandel)
