Subway Plays are self-scheduled: audiences can ride the L, N, or 7 lines late at night, early in the morning, or any time in between — they choose the day and time, which then affects the experience they have. Audiences can start in Manhattan and go to Brooklyn and Queens for Act 1, or start in Brooklyn or Queens — in which case Act 1 ends rather than begins in Manhattan.
